JOURNEYMAN & APPRENTICE TRAINING
TRUST FUND
****Notice from Executive Director Kristen Spath****
There has been an update to the Safety Incentive Application process. In past years, Southwest Multi-Craft had sent out the applications to all members. They have recently sent out a letter to all members stating they will no longer be mailing out applications. So, there are three means you can utilize to obtain an applications. Go online to https://www.ssatpa.com/, search Safety Incentive Applications, print the document. Or, you can obtain a copy here at the Training yard, or at your local Union Hall. Training must be completed by August 31st, 2022 and trainings are getting full. Do not wait until last minute to do your training.
If you are planning on coming to the training site. If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID, have been in contact with someone who has tested positive, or traveled out of the State please do not come to the training site.
I want to personally thank Crane Service Inc. for partnering with us to assist with training our Crane Apprentices. Working with them has been nothing short of pleasant. I look forward to getting this program going.
Our office hopes all of our brothers and sisters are doing well. If you need any training, please let us know. If we can't do the training here, we can send you to the ITEC for free.
Thank you,
Kristen Spath
